Our programs and initiatives aim to support and empower people in all areas of their lives, including spiritual development, education, and social justice. We believe that as a church community, we can make a meaningful difference in our world by sharing the love of our Lord and Savior with others.
All About Our Ministry
The values of "SHEKINAH" are undergirded by our
7 BASIC PRINCIPLES which drive our ministry purpose and vision:

1. Love-The Bible says they will know us by our love (John 13:34-35). People are sick, rejected, in poverty, deprived, discourage, and lost "Shekinah is a safe haven, a place people can run to be accepted, freed, and protected. We love God and God's people and understand God is looking for wholeness and completeness. We must forgive and be forgiven, love and be loved and healed so we can assist in healing others.

2. Evangelism - Our number one goal is and will always be the salvation of the lost. While we specialize in attracting people from all races, cultures and socio-economic the unsaved, the unchurched, and people who want a fresh start from the mistakes they have made in their past. We will seek the holistic improvement of each member of our ministry - spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially. We will preach and teach Biblical mandates to achieve success in all these areas. We will also make available the necessary classes, group resource and qualified individuals to help each willing member achieve holistic improvement.

3 .We will empower the youth in our church and community with the Word of God, programs, resources, training and state -of-the-art facilities to meet their needs.

4. We will always specialize in outreach programs for hurting people (i.e. homeless, poor, those with substance abuse issues, the incarcerated, those who have suffered physical, verbal or emotional abuse, etc).

5. We will impact the city and surrounding suburbs with our television ministry, radio ministry, outreach campaigns, crusades, business development, city-wide event, prayer, intercession, partnership with local schools, partnership with community, city and state officials, etc.

6. We will continue to be the model for excellent ministry in our city and in the nation. We will always strive to be excellent in our customer service - how we treat our members, visitors and guests from the moment they pull into our parking lot to when they leave, and how we respond to them when they call, email or write with request or concerns. The standard for excellence will always be exemplified through our works.

7. We will stay humble and maintain the spirit of love and realness that we've had since our inception at all times and continue to give all credit and glory to God for our success.
APOSTLE DR. STEPHANIE PARKER
Dr. Parker is a today's Debra, Esther, Hannah and Ruth, with a twist of unique. Her true beauty is extremely rare. Human love coming into a life, changes the aspect of all things, displays her relationship with her LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST. She has a determination to be in his perfect will and acknowledges him in everything she does. Her Intimacy with God, only result in her becoming like God.

As the proud parent of 5 children and 12 grandchildren, and a host of other spiritual children/grands. Dr. Parker is honored to have her lineage committed and actively involved in ministry with her. She and her family knows what it's like to be on the go, but never neglect time for school outings, sports activities and the best “FAMILY”. One of her favorite written phrases:
“TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE THINGS HE HAS DONE”

Dr. Stephanie Parker is a woman with class, elegance, distinction and grace. Her vision is to “Restore Dignity and Honor to the body of Christ!” With this vision in her heart, she is dedicated to ministering to the needs of the community. Dr. Parker is also the founder of W.O.R.D: Women of Respect & Dignity. She ministers to women who are broken and hurting and assists them in achieving spiritual and emotional wholeness. One of her primary goals is to help women discover their God-given purpose and help them to understand they are fearfully wonderfully made, marvelous are thy works. Both in word and deed, she encourages women to be naturally and spiritually healthy. She has also founded G.L.O: Gyvin' Love Organization-A community development center and many others.

She’s an author, business owner, licensed counselor, has earned a PhD in Psychology, Doctorate in Divinity and Pastoral Counseling.

Because family is a focal point, her evangelistic ministry continues to devote countless hours ministering to the needs of families. She is committed to strengthening, healing and restoring families through Jesus Christ. Her determination and faithfulness to help rebuild the quality of families remains evident as she continues to personally counsel God’s people. She seeks vengeance over the spirit that seeks to divide people, marriages and homes.

Dr. Parker faithfully takes the vision “Restoring Dignity and Honor” beyond the walls of the church through several diverse outreach ministries, which includes but not limited to: children and youth centers, group homes, drug and alcohol abusers, prison outreach, the Shekinah’s Castle for battered women and children, and Shekinah’s Gentlemen's Den, which provides transitional housing for men.
As a Pastor, her love and compassion to edify God’s people continues as she encourages, strengthens, and inspires people to reach their maximum in God. She is a proud Jesus Woman, who ministers globally and has been honored to govern the entire 50 states making disciples for Jesus under the leadership of Apostle Deb'rah Eunice Gordon-Osagiede of Benign, Nigeria the founder of GodHead Prayer Ministry International.

Our Bishop
Bishop Sanders
Bishop Sanders is the man, the minister for this end time season. His ministry expands over 30 years. He has preached the gospel in different cities and states seeing people healed from all manner of sickness and diseases.
​
Bishop Sanders’ vision is to see the TOTAL man healed, delivered and set free from the shackles and chains of demonic forces, as he executes demons, under the anointing and the power of the Holy Ghost.
​
Bishop Sanders has spent many years as an entrepreneur restoring homes for low and impoverished families, a counselor in the alternative school district and a mentor to the youth. He’s skilled in the restaurant business as among many other varieties of work ethics for the community.
​
Bishop Sanders seeks vengeance over the spirit of infirmities.
